Casa Palmeiras is a traditional Portuguese house that has been modernized to create an open-plan, loft style living space. Double-height ceilings, picture windows and French doors combine to make the villa a dramatic, light filled space.  The house is tastefully and comfortably furnished, with versatile living space and numerous areas to relax, both inside and out. Surround sound speakers allow music to be heard not only inside, but also in the outside dining pavilion, open on all sides to harness a welcome breeze. The pavilion has a terracotta brick floor, with shade provided by a eucalyptus and antique terracotta pan tiled roof; the perfect setting for lazy lunches and intimate dinners.

A large lawn and sun filled terraces provide a wonderful spot from which to watch the intense summer light of the Algarve, and the velvety darkness of star filled skies.  The garden is luxuriant with bougainvillea, giant palms, aloe, succulents and magnificent olive trees.

The property has its own shaded car parking area, the use of a wonderful chlorine-free swimming pool (shared use), a large walled garden with lawns, sun terraces, shaded verandah and dining pavilion. Tucked away in a beautiful valley the villa and its gardens offer complete privacy and tranquility.

• Kitchen with table seating up to eight. Electric oven, 5 ring gas hob.  Microwave, large American style fridge freezer, dishwasher. Well equipped kitchen.
• Bathroom leading off living room.  Large room with tiled floor, combined bath and shower, W.C., bidet, pedestal basin. Washing machine, tumble dryer.
• Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedroom furniture. Tiled floor with rugs.
• Bedroom 2: Twin beds, bedroom furniture. Tiled floor with rugs.
• Bedroom 3: Twin beds, bedroom furniture. Tiled floor with rugs.
• Bedroom 4: Double bed, bedroom furniture. Tiled floor with rugs. Leading on to:
• Dressing Room with doors out to sun terrace.
• Ensuite Bathroom with tiled floor, combined bath and shower, W.C., hardwood vanity unit with sunken basin.
• We have now equipped all our bedrooms with mosquito nets and fans.
